Excited... Excited... Excited!!!!!
 
The 2024 HTL CAMP OUT is almost here!
Where we take over the school field with our tents (or campervans, if you're posh!)
5th-7th July (an extra Friday night has been added this year, but you are welcome to come along on the Saturday if 2 nights is too much!) 
 
Come and join us for a weekend full of fun, friends, laughter, family activities, campfire, singing, good food (and drink!) ... and lots of marshmallows, of course!
 
Friday: 
Extended- extra optional camping evening.
Anytime from 3.30pm onwards. 
No food provided (we will probably all get a takeout of pizza- but that’s entirely up to you!)
Evening entertainment- Karaoke and disco night around the fire. 
Saturday:
11 am: Gates open for arrivals.
Set up tents on allocated pitches!
Please follow signs and see person at gates for pitch plot.
Cars must be returned to car park as soon as unloaded please.
Drive slowly through site.
No cars on campsite from 1pm.
1pm- Gates locked. (Let us know if you will be arriving later)
1.15pm- Outdoor family fun begins- an array of activities, crafts & games.. throughout the day! (Do let us know if you might like to lead on an activity!)
6 - 7.30pm- Dinner. (Dinner and breakfast the next day will be provided at a little extra cost- you can purchase this on the online store also - there will be more information to follow on this at a later date, so watch out for emails on booking your pitch!)
7.30-8pm- Clear up from dinner... (kids, don't forget a tea towel! ;) 8pm- 9pm- It's Campfire time! Songs, marshmallows and music.... We don't care how bad you sound- join in! 
10pm- Kids bed! (After an exhausting day, we all need a bit of adult time too!)
10-11.45pm - Adults campfire time. 
Please keep noise to a minimum to respect our neighbours and families sleeping! 
 
Sunday:
Breakfast: 8am
9am- Morning get together around the fire (time dependant)
9.30am- Pack up tents and clear away
 (any help to take down gazebos would be hugely appreciated!)
 
All pitches to be vacated by 12 noon on Sunday.
 
£25 PER PITCH...Less than a night out, for all the family, for a whole weekend!
If you want to join in the fun but don't have a tent, do let us know, we are sure to have ones you can borrow between us... so don't let this stop you!

This ticket entitles you to one tent/campervan pitch for one family. 
 
Shortly after booking, you will recieve an email with a form to complete.
 
Food bookings will become live on the website nearer the time!
